Built to bring order to property damage.
Unity Restoration was created around a simple idea: when something goes wrong with a property, the people responsible for fixing it should make the process clearer — not more complicated.
Why we started Unity.
Unity Restoration was founded by Latrelle Swayne and Carolina Oropeza after seeing the same problem repeat itself across property recovery: the emergency may happen in minutes, but getting a property back to normal can involve days or weeks of vendors, residents, owners, testing, documentation, repairs and decisions.
Too often, those pieces feel disconnected. One company handles the emergency, another handles remediation, someone else handles reconstruction, and the customer is left trying to keep everyone on the same page. Latrelle and Carolina built Unity to create a more coordinated experience — one centered on responsive communication, organized documentation, disciplined operations and a clear path from the first call through final repairs.
The name Unity is intentional. Property recovery works best when the owner, property manager, resident, technicians, environmental professionals and trades are working from the same plan. Our job is to help create that alignment and keep the project moving forward.
Two strengths. One company.
Latrelle leads growth, relationships and brand strategy. Carolina leads operations, execution and accountability. Unity was built where those two strengths meet.
Latrelle Swayne
Latrelle's background is rooted in business development, marketing and relationship building. He has always been drawn to the part of business that happens between people: earning trust, understanding what a client actually needs, and building partnerships that last beyond a single transaction.
At Unity, Latrelle leads growth, sales strategy, property-management relationships and the company's public-facing brand. He also helps shape how Unity communicates during a loss — because clients should understand what is happening, why it is happening and what comes next.
“A restoration company should not add more confusion to an already stressful situation. Our job is to bring clarity, urgency and accountability.”
Carolina Oropeza
Carolina is the operational center of Unity Restoration. Her focus is turning urgency into structure — coordinating people, schedules, vendors, project details and follow-through so the promise made at the beginning of a job carries all the way through completion.
As COO, Carolina helps build the systems behind the customer experience: organized project coordination, consistent communication, field accountability and the details that keep a restoration project from drifting off course.
“Good operations are what turn a fast response into a good outcome. The details matter, especially when someone is trusting us with their home or property.”
The way we work matters as much as the work itself.
Move with urgency.
Property damage spreads. We focus on fast assessment, clear next steps and getting the right resources moving.
Keep people informed.
Owners, managers and residents should know what is happening, what we found and what the plan is.
Make the project clear.
Photos, readings, scopes, estimates and updates create a record everyone can work from.
Finish the recovery.
Our goal is not to stop at demolition. We help create a path through remediation, repairs and final closeout.
We'll get through this together.
Whether you are dealing with an active emergency, a planned remediation project or reconstruction after a loss, our team is here to help you understand the next step and move the property forward.
