Thousands of Properties Still Need a Path Forward

The Rebuild Is Not One Decision. It Is a Series of Decisions That Must Line Up.

Some Altadena families are already under construction. Others are in plan review, still designing, comparing contractor scopes, working through insurance or financing, or simply trying to figure out where to begin.

  • Debris removal complete but construction planning has stalled
  • Insurance estimate received but rebuild budget is still unclear
  • Architectural design underway or plans already developed
  • LA County plan review or permit corrections in progress
  • Contractor selected but scope, schedule, or pricing is still unsettled
  • Standing structure needs restoration or reconstruction evaluation

Unity's first job is not to pressure you into a contract. It is to understand what has already happened, what is missing, and what should logically happen next.

Altadena Rebuild Support Property review, insurance documentation, design, LA County permits, construction, and closeout.

Altadena Is a Community, Not a Sales Territory.

Altadena had a history and identity long before the Eaton Fire. Unity's goal is to earn the opportunity to help families rebuild through transparent communication, organized project management, responsible construction coordination, and accountability for the work we accept.

Altadena Rebuild FAQs

Clear Answers Before the Project Moves Forward.

Call Unity if you are unsure which stage applies to your property.

Ask Unity Directly
Is Unity accepting Altadena rebuild consultations?

Yes. Homeowners can submit the information they currently have for a Fire Rebuild Readiness Review before deciding whether to move forward with Unity.

Do my architectural plans need to be complete before I call?

No. Understanding where the design currently stands is part of the review. You do not need to wait for every architectural or permit decision to be final.

Can Unity work with my existing architect?

Yes, subject to project fit. The goal is to coordinate with appropriately qualified professionals who are already involved rather than automatically forcing the homeowner to restart.

Can Unity negotiate with my insurance company?

Unity can prepare or organize construction estimates, scopes, photographs, and project documentation. Unity does not act as a public adjuster, and coverage decisions remain between the policyholder and carrier.

I have not selected a contractor. Is it too early to call?

No. That is one of the best times to perform a Rebuild Readiness Review because the project can be evaluated before you commit to a construction team.

Can I request insurance and vendor documents?

Yes. Ask the team for current certificates and project-specific vendor documentation applicable to the proposed work.
